Welcome to the Grady Health System Supplier Registration Portal ("Portal"). Registration is an important step in our ability to engage our current suppliers as well as companies that demonstrate the ability to add value, and provide high-quality goods and services that are competitively priced, reliable, and aligned with our business requirements. First-time visitors to the Portal will need to supply the following:
- Company's contact information, and;
- Tax ID number.
An acknowledgment receipt of your registration will be sent automatically when the completed company profile is submitted. All company profiles will be reviewed upon submittal and if there is a need for your products and/or services, you may be contacted by one of our purchasing representatives. While inclusion in our database does not guarantee procurement transactions, we will utilize the supplier database to search for qualified vendors, as future needs arise.
How to Register as a Potential or Current Supplier:
- If you would like to be considered as a supplier, please complete the online Supplier Registration Profile. This profile form should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
- Before beginning, please gather the following information:
- Company capabilities overview
- Your products/services listing
- NAICS/UNSPSC codes
